I give presentations for work quite often. Normally, that requires a suit.
This Sunday, though, I had a chance to speak on a non-work topic at a church group, so I seized the opportunity to wear something a little less stuffy.
This dress is one of my favorites. A great find at Forever 21 last year, it’s my go-to date dress (and by go-to, I mean I’ve worn it on one date) because it’s so flowy and feminine. I feel more like a girl in this dress than probably anything else I own. I believe the jacket was a thrift store find – that, or a hand-me down from my sister. And you know the shoes were one of my Macy’s purchases. The cord on the floor is from my iron – a great college-era deal from Walmart.
Spring to me means flowers and light breezes – in my clothes and in nature. What does spring mean to you?
